I’m a Founder & Business Development Director of Nexus Headhunting, with over 6 years of global recruitment experience, specializing in scaling software engineering teams for PE-backed and VC-backed Tech companies.
Before Nexus Headhunting Limited, I worked for an FTSE 250 STEM specialist recruitment business, beginning my career as Intern and through to Senior Consultant.
I covered global markets such as the USA, Europe, and Asia within the Commercial, Finance, and Banking sectors.
How did I get here?
- All resonates from the beginning of my recruitment journey while having three jobs and college.
- I’ve been offered a full-time opportunity, took it, and never looked back.
- Beginning from hardcore Oil & Gas recruitment for the two biggest companies globally at the peak of its time was, Awesome!
- But choosing Technology as a specialization took me all around the world! UK, DACH, Netherlands, USA, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Assisted major SMEs, Investment Banks, and Hedge funds in building their engineering & technology departments.
